No Rate Increases Until 2020!!

OUTAGE UPDATE 3/25/2017- 

9:00 p.m. Crews were able to restore a substantial number of meters in the recent hour. Approximately 1,600 Members will remain without power tonight in Walsenburg and the Trinidad area. Over 150 poles are down and countless crossarms broken. Crews will continue working and are optimistic about potential progress tonight and into tomorrow morning. Thank you for your patience, cooperation and understanding as we work to repair the immense damage.

1:00 p.m. Operations has reported that there has no been substantial fluctuation in meter restoration due to the extensive and widespread damage. They continue to work at full-force but progress is expected to be slow. We will continue to keep you updated.

9:30 a.m. Approximately 3,000 meters are still without power. The worst damage is concentrated in the Walsenburg and Trinidad areas. Additional crews are working with SIEA line crews to assist with repairs, all available crews are currently on site. Initial reports of over 100 poles down is still looking like the case and multiple crossarms have been damaged. We do not have an estimated restoration time and do not give them unless we are certain we can fulfill that commitment. Please know we have all hands on deck and are working to restore power as soon, safely and realistically possible. Thank you for your patience and support, our hardworking crews appreciate your understanding. We will continue to post updates as they come and are dedicated to restoring your power as soon as possible.
